Cavfinder Kit test in Real Condition

In direction of development of our cavitation Kit, on 6-Jun-2024 fortunately we arranged to perform a
trial assessment in real condition.

Test cases was a Boiler house in a big residential complex consist of two sets of hot water boiler tube
type with capacity of 500,000 Kcal/hour and eight sets of centrifugal pumps for distribution of hot water.

Usually, the operators keep one set of each sec on as reserve in case of high demands of water.

The Kit

            – This includes the sensor firmware and a data logger that works in tandem with the machine learning algorithm for accurate cavitation detection.

            – Software Interface UI/UX: Completion of the UIUX design for the software, enhancing user interaction and experience.

            – Data Logger Algorithm: the data logger algorithm, and firmware responsible for reading data from sensors and displaying them through the GUI was                       successfully developed and tested.

Our cavitation kit has three remote sensors with magnetic bars, that we found that at first stage we should it is be3er to change sticking method since vibration  in pumps make vibration of sensors via  magnetic bars.

finally, we mount the sensors on each pump and the system connect to the data logger.

Also, there are three color signals led, Green Led indicates the data transfer is ongoing, orange led shous that the sensor is connected but no data communication is performing and the red led tells us that there is no connection between sensor and data logger.

we have successfully tested the four sets of pumps that could monitor the 5 minutes operation of each one and no cavitation observes on the pumps, also vibration of the pumps didn’t transfer any stress to the pipe line.
