Cavfinder portable system is based on the hardware and software as follow.
1- Sensors, which connect to the metal pipelines using the magnet to sense and collect the vibration data and send it to the data logger via wireless protocols.
2- Data logger, receives the transferred data for analyzing / calculation and then sending them to the laptop via wired protocols for the final process. Software then analyzes the received data from the data logger and matches it to the input data such as type of Fluid, equipment, temperature and pressure, doing an accurate analyze by using the machine learning algorithm and generating a trustable report for any corrective measures.
